Villa Sabine is a new, modern designer villa, unique in concept and one of a kind, built within the renown and gated Punta Bonita residential complex with 24 hrs. security and with direct access from the main terrace to Bonita Beach at just 100 meters away.

Villa Sabine has three swimming pools, a huge main terrace with a living area, and a large state-of-the-art kitchen as well as 5 fabulous individually designed suites, each with its own personality, one of which is partially submerged!

This outstanding vacation villa is located in the beachfront gated community of Cap Bonita just steps from Playa Bonita, Punta Bonita and Playa Coson. Punta Bonita is the exact point at which Playa Coson and Playa Bonita merge. Definitely, one of the most breathtaking areas of Las Terrenas. Walking distance to the beach (1-5 min. walk depending on the beach spot that you would like to choose) and to many beach bars, restaurants, massage spots, surfing school, etc. Villa is just within a 5-10 minutes drive from center town Las Terrenas. You will have access to the beach, either from the Villa's backyard entrance to the pathway that takes you straight to the beach or by any of Cap Bonita's pathways to the different beach locations. The villa is an open concept beach villa, often common in Dominican Republic's beach villas. Book this villa today and you will be able to experience first-hand the beauty and beach atmosphere that Villa Sabina and Las Terrenas provides!

Please note that, while on the Caribbean beaches, on some occasions, mosquitoes could be the uninvited guests, so please, bring your mosquito repellent (It can be bought in Las Terrenas also) for a "just in case" scenario. We usually have available for you to use but just in case 🏝

The double insulated walls and ceilings mean that the biggest drawback in most local accommodations, heat in the late evening, is counteracted. In addition, this technique means that the need for air conditioning is minimized, meaning less energy consumption and more environmentally friendly!

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the whole property and all of its amenities. Within a 50 meters walk, your feet will be on the sand and you'll be able to choose from 3 different beach spots (Playa Coson, Punta Bonita or Playa Bonita) all of them within a 1 to 5 minutes walk from the villa.

We can help you arrange airport transfers, ATV/4 Wheeler rentals, massages, tours and any other service if so desired.

Included in Rate: We are very happy to announce that from now on, the service of our in-house cooks is included in the basic rental rate.

Prepared Daily: Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be prepared with the help of our staff. Get off to a great start with freshly squeezed juices, coffee, tea, toast, eggs the style you like, cheese, fruits for breakfast, a delicious local shrimp plate for lunch or a “guisado’ for dinner; you just have to shop, we care of everything else !

NOTE: Our staff will gladly provide you this cooking service from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Food and drinks purchase at your charge.

Pool Safety: The pool is not gated. If you are traveling with children, please, supervise them at all times.

Quiet neighborhood: Cap Bonita is tucked in a peaceful residential area. We ask that guests respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am.
