Book Caribbean Rentals is a marketplace platform that connects property owners with travelers seeking vacation rentals in the Caribbean. We act as an intermediary and are not party to any rental agreement between property owners and guests.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Property Listings
Property owners are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, current, and comply with all applicable laws. Book Caribbean Rentals reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.
5. Booking and Payments
Booking arrangements and payments are made directly between travelers and property owners. Book Caribbean Rentals does not process payments or guarantee the performance of any rental agreement.
6. Fees
Book Caribbean Rentals charges property owners an annual or monthly listing fee. There are no booking fees or commissions charged to travelers. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit unauthorized advertising, or to violate the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Book Caribbean Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service or the content thereon.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
